Co-Founding Partner, Dr. Kristen Ray, is primarily responsible for equity procurement through a deep and proprietary network of high net worth individuals. Kristen is also responsible for maintaining investor communication and corporate marketing. Some of Dr. Ray’s additional responsibilities include the oversight and implementation of forming and maintaining business partnerships, asset acquisitions, due diligence and maintaining broker relationships and fostering partnerships with other multifamily syndicators.
Co-Founding partner Brian Ray oversees all aspects of strategic planning and company operations at Vital Investment Partners. Additionally, Mr. Ray serves in the company finance department where he works closely with our accountant to ensure the company is on track to meet the projected returns. In addition, Mr. Ray is the underwriter and financial analyzer for Vital Investment partners. Mr. Ray has developed a strict proprietary system to underwrite the investments to determine if it fits with our strict criteria. His system filters out the best investments with maximum return potential while mitigating risks.
